About the position
In the position as Senior Group Legal Counsel, you will attend to various legal matters which may arise in a parent company of a global corporate group, including corporate law, capital markets law, IPR, M&A, contracts law, corporate governance, and subsidiary management. The Group legal function also supports the work of the other Group functions, the Board of Directors and the Group Management team in legal matters.
You will be expected to, in close collaboration with the Chief Legal Officer, actively take part in and contribute to the development of the Group legal function and the development of the priorities and strategies for the Group’s legal operations. Driving the transformation within the legal field throughout the group, including to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.2 (3) The Group legal function works closely together with the other functions that are part of Legal Affairs and Compliance, to ensure a unified and structured approach. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
Candidate profile
The right candidate has a legal education and a minimum of about seven years of relevant experience. You have worked in an international environment and are used to dealing with stakeholders spread across the world. As a person, you have integrity, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. We believe that these skills have been tested previously in your professional experience. Loomis’ corporate language is English.
